Vacuum Suction Press Roll Basis Information

Main types of press rolls are blind drilled press rolls,grooved press rolls,flat press rolls,artificial aging stone rolls,support rolls for dryers etc,play an important part in dewatering for press section of paper machines,also in paper shaping.With the operating speed of paper machines improving,the paper factories have high demands on the press rolls,and continuously improve the linear pressure to achieve lower energy consumption.

The vacuum press roller belongs to the press setting of the Press Department of the paper industry. It includes the body layer, the wall layer and the inner cavity of the roller shell. The main body layer and the hanging surface layer are provided with connected through holes, and the hanging surface layer is provided with blind holes.

Vacuum press roll can take off more water from the wet paper, improve the dryness of the paper compared with the normal squeezing, less crushed paper, more uniform dehydration along the width of the banner, more maintain the felt Stable and good condition.
